Why a Codex?
As I've put forward in numerous previous posts, I think one of the identifying features of a student seriously invested in competitive math is the maintenance of a formula book.Ideally one should have begun this process early on; the gradual accumulation of theorems and tidbits indisputably makes for better synthesis and recall than madly racing to learn new things the day before the contest.
At any rate, the Codex serves as a "core dump" of my own notebook, in the hopes that others might find it useful in composing their own. Call it a starter pack, if you will.
